/ Wedding

First off, thanks so much for joining us in Pensacola Beach, FL for the big event. Below is some information we thought would help you as you plan your trip. We both want to take the time to let you all know how incredibly lucky we feel to have people like you in our lives. We are excited for the wedding and hope you are as well.

Where we are staying…

We will be staying at Portofino Island in Pensacola Beach. Portofino Island has two and three bedroom condos available for the wedding. The 2 bedroom sleep 4-6 and the 3 bedroom sleep 6-8 (they can sleep more if you want people to sleep on the couch). The condos are beautiful and I believe all have a deck but you may want to request one if that is something you would be interested in. We worked out a pretty sweet deal with Portofino on the rooms and if you book by March 31st you can receive a discount of over $1,000.00.

Originally a 4 night stay in a 3 bedroom was $3103.00. If you book before March 31st and mention “engwed” the same room will cost $1912.00. If you are like me, (Stewart Kennedy) you will want to see an actual cost breakdown…

4 nights in a 3 bedroom is $1912.00

  • $478.00 per night if you choose to stay by yourself.
  • $239.00 per night if you have one other couple.
  • $159.34 per night if you have 3 couples total.

4 nights in a 2 bedroom is $1508.00

  • $377.00 per night for one couple
  • $188.50 per night for 2 couples

3 nights in a 3 bedroom is $1811.00

3 nights in a 2 bedroom is $1405.00

Rates include all taxes and fees.

Dont forget, this is Labor day weekend so the hotels are either booked up already or very expensive. THE CONDOS MUST BE BOOKED BY MARCH 31ST IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT.

How you can get there…

The closest airport is Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS) and it is about 30-40 minutes depening on traffic. Other airport options are Mobile, AL , Ft. Walton Beach and Panama City, FL. I know some of you will drive. It is about a 12 hour drive from OKC. Shreveport, AL is halfway and a great place to stop, sleep, do a little gambling or stretch your legs and keep on trucking.

What to do…

There are a ton of options… Golf, Spa Treatment, Jet Skis, Para Sailing, Chillin on the beach… The cool thing is that it is almost impossible to get lost. There are two roads; one leading in and one leading out. If you ever find yourself crossing the bridge or past the resort just turn around.
